At Tangletown Realty, we believe small is best.

After 9 years with Coldwell Banker Burnet, and a few additional years with Keller Williams Realty, Tangletown Realty's founder and owner Angela Larson decided it was time to get small.

With the corporate restrictions and excessive fees that needed to be passed along to her clients, Angela felt she could better serve her clients by starting her own company.  After all, she had nearly 15 years experience at the time, was a licensed broker, and essentially running her own company within a company anyway.  It was time to make a change that would benefit her clients and give her the freedom to best serve her customers.

While the bigger companies continue to charge high broker fees and worry about their fancy offices, we believe in trying to keep our fees down and providing exceptional customer service in return.  By remaining small and customer driven, we believe that we can provide an experience like no other to our clients.  Small, personalized, one-on-one attention and the ability to always do what is best for our clients.
